edgy upgrade script incorrectly patches fstab for UUIDs

Bug Description

Dapper-Edgy upgrade script which patches /etc/fstab file to insert UUIDs does so incorrectly.

Manual page for fstab(5) says UUID supported for xfs and ext[23] fs types only while script puts UUID for other filesystems like vfat. This prevents those partitions from being mounted properly after upgrade.

The manpage is out of date -- UUID is supported for many different filesystems, see /usr/share/doc/libvolume-id0/README
