Bug Description

Binary package hint: octave-sp

octave-sp cannot be installed: to reproduce,

Open synaptic and attempt to install octave-sp -- the error message is:

octave-sp:
 Depends: libhdf5-serial-1.6.4-0c2 but it is not installable or
  libhdf5-1.6.4-0 but it is not installable
