libboost-serialization-dev does not install dynamic libraries

Bug Description
Binary package hint: libboost-
Other boost library component packages install both static and dynamic libraries (eg test & program-options). I find that other package managers (fink, portage) install the dynamic libraries for the serialization library in boost. Is there a reason why ubuntu doesn't, or was it simply an oversight during package preparation?

In older ubuntu-versions the libraries were included, and in gutsy they are too, so it's obviously a bug.
Please create an update that fixes it!
