Crash on opening a .deb file

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdebi

On opening deb files gdebi crashes on startup.

steps to reproduce:
double click on a deb file.

maybe the python change causes this problem?

confirmed on a up-to-date Herd 2.
This the output when I start gdebi from the terminal

johan@T42:~$ sudo gdebi
Password:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/gdebi", line 10, in <module>
    from GDebi.GDebiCli import GDebiCli
ImportError: No module named GDebi.GDebiCli

When I start gdebi from Applications>System Tools it crashed.

Same here, tried to install a new deb and gdebi crashed.

Same here.

Gnomes Update manager and Beryls settings also crashes.

Python 2.5 is also discussed in Beryls forum and latest SVN
is changed beacuse of this, with Feisty no luck...

When I tried to reinstall a program Gdebi crashed. I did a complete uninstall of such program, Tried to install it again and gdebi crashed.
I opened a terminal, and did sudo gdebi-gtk, selected the same file and then it installed without a problem.
