I just checked to see if I got the same error message as you, but on my system the package installed fine.

Do you still have this problem on Natty?

I've gotten some similar messages for a few other packages, so my my machine probably has some sort of package dependency issue. I'm not sure how to fix that, but I can seek help from one of the support forums.

Sorry to waste your time.
