Too much log with VMware driver in verbose mode

Bug Description

There are too much log with the VMware driver in verbose mode.
The nova-compute process take a lot of resources when it starts and when it creates an instance due to the log.

Édouard - could you let us know which log messages are overkill? e.g. how many of these messages are printed, etc.

Note, this is --verbose mode so I would expect it to be pretty chatty

It's an old bug now. I don't use anymore the VMware driver and I didn't save logs.
But I remember it. When the verbose log was activated, and when I started the nova compute daemon, the VMware driver put all VMware API logs/informations (XML VMware API capabilities) into nova log and it was very heavy.

We found this ourselves @Citrix, I think I have a fix for this.

After some digging I think this has been addressed in https://review.openstack.org/1513 in relation to
