I thought I already reported this bug...
But since it didn't find it, here it is again...
Just booting and using the new development version
and it bombs on startup after the login screen.
Takes a long time to boot too...

I saw a similar message from 11.10 beta1 from a 9/2/2011 download. This was a fresh install from a CD iso after the first boot. The message looked something like this: Sorry, the system program gnome-settings-daemon crashed . . .

This is supposed to be fixed with the last glib update (2.9.90), so leaving it as incomplete until someone confirms it works with that upgrade or not

This should be fixed in libglib2.0-0 2.29.92, so closing. Please reopen if it happens again after having upgraded
