Guest account doesn't login, it only will go to LightDM background (No desktop, panels, xubuntu wallpaper, etc.)

Blocked by Bug #799754. When it's fixed, I'll disable the guest login for xubuntu.

Since hitting "Other... " does not allow one to login as a guest user, and since there is nothing I can find to show how this bug and bug 811524 are duplicates other than that, I am marking this as no longer a duplicate.

Xubuntu has removed Guest account from lightdm. Marking the xubuntu-default-settings invalid, since this no longer applies.
