Bug Description

Users default email clients may be configured to receive local email.
root emails may also be forwarded to the main user.

We had discussed this, and if the client support reading mboxes, yes, they
should be configured this way by default so that something useful happens with
local mail (especially root mail)

Should this not be market Won't Fix due to the age of this bug and the fact it is no longer the default shipped mail client?

Can Thunderbird the default e-mail client in Ubuntu now can do this?
