Bug Description

Perhaps this is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/bookreader/+bug/662181 but we are experiencing something similar.
When we use the 'as is' example bookreader demo is has 15 pages (last 5 are the openlib logo pages). Scrolling down with mouse or scrollbar reaches page 15 but slider and indexes (in url) stay at 14. When you do some rezises sometimes the slider+indexes will jump to 15. Since we use the pageindex to jump to other linked data , users can never reach the last item.

Addition: the scrollforward button does update the slider but does not update the index in the url or the br.getPageNum

The root problem here is that the page which touches the top of the content area is considered the "current" page. So in this case page 14 is considered the current page. A fix is to make the page at the center of the screen be considered the current page.

We did a workaround to append an empty image at the end with the same color as the background. Not a nice one but it works
