autostart desktop file location

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

the gnome-power-manager.desktop file is installed in /usr/share/gnome/autostart/ whereas nm-applet, g-v-m, evo-alarm-notify all place their autostart desktop files in /etc/xdg/autostart by overriding upstream gnome settings.
would be nice to follow suit for consistency, and since xfce only checks /etc/xdg/autostart :)

   * remove /usr/share/gnome/autostart/gnome-power-manager.desktop (closes 81304)

....
/etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-power-manager.desktop was always shipped in the package, no idea why xfce doesnt pick it up

weird, I do not have /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-power-manager.desktop on my system and
dpkg -L g-p-m does not show it either.
