Shutdown problem with the last Lucid kernel updates (linux-image-2.6.32-33.71-generic)

With the last Lucid kernel updates shutdown doesn' t work and freeze to Ubuntu screen.
If i boot with older kernel version, or downgrade linux-image-2.6.32-33-generic #70
works fine.
The problem exist with package linux-image-2.6.32-33.71
