Still problems with update-manager in Italian, in Feisty

Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I don't know why there are so many problems with the update-manager in Italian since Edgy.
Now in Feisty there are the same problems:
the update-manager finds updates but doesn't install them.
A probably working fix is present in the ubuntu italian community: www.ubuntu-it.org
Check it and let me know.
