Beryl ships with annoying defaults in Edgy

Bug Description

Edgy's Beryl, when first enabled, subjects the user to a number of extremely ugly and counterproductive animations for windows. Since Beryl can be configured to be quite pretty, these should be replaced with more subtle defaults as decided by the MOTU in charge.

I was not aware that Edgy included any Beryl packages. What repository are these packages in?

Oh dear, I'm sorry. My mistake... I believe I was using the repos described here:

Please don't close the bug, since Feisty desperately needs to avoid such hackneyed defaults.

I am afraid that since beryl currently is not even in Feisty, this bug should be rejected. Thanks for the feedback though - please report any other bugs you find (not in beryl though!).

Sorry. It's unfair to reject this bug since I found out that beryl is slowly making it's way to feisty. This bug is not against edgy though. Thanks again!

beryl isnt in feisty.

beryl bugs need to be reported to bugs.beryl-project.org. Defaults for edgy are still to be decided.
