Bug Description

This is a Main Inclusion Request for swift, and its python dependencies:

Per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements:

== Availability ==

Swift has been part of Ubuntu in the universe repository since Ubuntu 10.10. It is not architecture dependent.

== Rationale ==

Swift is the object store for OpenStack, and is necessary for running a complete OpenStack cluster. This is a key component of this blueprint:

https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/server-o-openstack

== Security ==

Swift is relatively young, and has had no CVE's reported against it as of yet. It uses a flexible authentication system which is detailed here:

http://swift.openstack.org/overview_auth.html

Which takes advantage of other security architectures rather than build its own.

== Quality Assurance ==

The packages are actively maintained by multiple members of the Ubuntu Server team and have no bugs over 'Low' priority.

== UI Standards ==

N/A

== Dependencies ==

The python dependencies of swift that need MIR's all have their own MIR requests:

python-greenlet
python-eventlet
python-webob
netifaces

This is a relatively large amount of code, but given the test suite, active development, and generally defensive programming, it looks good. I would like to see a "purge" target on the python-swift.postinst to remove the added system user, though. +1
