Adding Feature of Indexing E Book besides Creating Library

I am Using the "Windows" version I liked its features very much, but I had to uninstall it because it adds the file into its library rather than Indexing files from the source. I have very little space in all of my drives and the eBook order was created in a manner that Its very pain staking to bring them into one location ie the calibre library, its very tiring to add all eBooks to calibre library then Delete them from source,my drive even don't have enough space to create library, so my drive wont give me a chance to create a calibre Library . Actually all my friends have same complain.Thank You
