Authentication fails after upgrade to 2.9.6

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution-exchange

After upgrade to 2.9.6 on feisty authentication to the exchange account fails with:

Error while Scanning folders in "Exchange server my.server.com".

Could not authenticate to server. (Password incorrect?)

It was working fine until 2.9.5.

Please give debug output for this.

Simply do a:
evolution --force-shutdown

then:

env E2K_DEBUG=3 evolution >& /tmp/exchange.out

the first will kill evolution, the second will relaunch evolution, logging at a debug level of 3 for the exchange connector.

AFAIK it doesn't contain your password, just asterisks instead. Upload /tmp/exchange.out after closing evolution on recieving the error.

Also, try clearing your "mailbox name", and retrying the authenticate button in your exchange settings. it will refill it in, but that worked for me (after much hardship)
