Bug Description

If 'org.gnome.desktop.background.picture-options' is set to 'none', I'd expect the the color getting picked from 'org.gnome.desktop.background.primary-color' (maybe averaged with 'secondary-color' if the 'color-shading-type' isn't 'solid').

This has been fixed at some point. I'm not seeing it in Unity 4.20.0-0ubuntu2.
