Don't show links to edit a project when the user is not allowed to

Bug Description
If I go to a project, it's show in the actions menu (the top left one) some links to edit the project details, the project admin, etc. However, I don't have rights to change all that stuff.
I think that options I can't change shouldn't be displayed, as you can't see those options on people's profile (you can in yours, see the email addresses, jabber ids... but not in other's one).

The original report contained two issues. One is already reported on bug 80593, so I updated the description to contain only the other one.
It's better to file separate bugs for different occurrences of problems similar to this one.
