X-Generated-By header should contain instance identifier

Bug Description

The X-Generated-By header should contain an way to get back at the instance that generated the email. This would make debugging bugs like bug 82629 easier.

We should probably also include the case where the email is generated not by a Zope instance but also by a script.

The config name should be enough (from canonial.config import config; print
config.name).

May as well through in the bzr revno too for a laugh.
