Build Version/Date: u-boot-
Environment used for testing: pandaboard A2
Summary: include pxe boot as a default boot method
Steps to Reproduce: boot with no boot.scr, no uEnv.txt
Expected result: u-boot attempts pxe boot
Actual result: u-boot never attempts pxe boot
