Downloading all translated files for a project/product in a single tarball should be possible.

Bug Description
At the moment it is necessary to download the translated files for each template in a product separately. This represents a significant inconvenience when there are a large number of templates to be downloaded and is even more of a problem when a project needs to download dozens of templates.
The ability to request download of all of the translated files for a product or project in a single tarball would make this all work like a dream.
