Network Manager see connection down, but it is up.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

This bug happens in Feisty Fawn.

When NM is enabled, it see the connection down, showing tip "No network connection".
So... this way Evolution, Gaim, Epiphany and others packages which use DBus integration with NM starts always "Working Offline".

Thanks for your bug report. How have you configured your network interface? Is there anything in /etc/network/interfaces?

My /etc/network/interfaces :

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.32.11
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.32.254

Thanks for your bug report however this is not a bug. Any already configured devices that you want to be available in Network Manager will need to de-configured, as otherwise they will be ignored.
