Bug Description
Instead of trying to decode strports syntax passed on the command-line to axiomatic port, there should probably just be a StrPort (tee hee) implementation of IPort that stores and uses the string as-is.

exarkun thinks it should be called EndpointPort, which is better than my horrible pun above (although StringPort probably wouldn't be terrible either).
