[apport] wxvlc crashed with SIGSEGV in mpeg2_idct_copy_mmxext()

Binary package hint: vlc

I was attempting to watch a somewhat corrupt DVB stream recorded from a pcHDTV card. The crash is reproducible, but it's a ~150MB file. I may be able to just chop the end off and still get the crash if that would be helpful.
