In Feisty as of 2/03, formerly working suspend/resume now needs ctrl-alt-F7 to fully resume.

Bug Description

Suspend worked in edgy, and until now in Feisty. Now it ends at a blinking cursor and I need to type ctrl-alt-F7 to get back to the desktop.

uname -a: Linux g-desktop 2.6.20-6-generic #2 SMP Wed Jan 31 20:53:39 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux
Will attach:

sudo lspci -vv

sudo lspci -vvn

sudo dmidecode

Please attach the output of 'uname -r' so I know for sure what version fixed your problem.

That computer isn't handy - but I was updating it daily and the problem disappeared the next day, 2/04 (my time, 2/05 UTC I guess).
