No validation of arch type on image upload

Bug Description

ec2 master implementation returns:
InvalidManifest: Manifest architecture 'commodore64' must be one of: x86_64, .i386

However, in nova it succeeds, as per euca-describe-images output:
IMAGE aki-00000045 foo/commodore64.manifest.xml available private commodore64 kernel instance-store

If I understand right, you're asking for a configurable list of accepted architectures ? Because even if we derived it from the compute nodes capabilities, it would end up being dynamic, so accepted archs may not be acceptable anymore...

I dont think it is out of the question to add a flag that defines acceptable architectures.
