unable to draw arcs in OOo2 Draw

In OO.o Draw of Edgy, it is not possible to access the Circles and Ovals toolbar any longer, and consequently, it is not possible to draw any kinds of arcs or unfilled circles. In the previous OpenOffice versions, the Ellipse button of the Drawing toolbar opened the Circles and Ovals toolbar, but now it only selects the Draw Filled Ellipse tool. Furthermore, it is not possible to show the toolbar by selecting it from the View -> Toolbars list, since it is omitted from there. However, in OO.o Presentation it is shown on the View -> Toolbars list.

Hello, I know a workaround to make it work in draw.
I have to translate the menu from german, so it may not be absolutely correct concerning the wording.
You go to menu tools to change the toolbars.
Select the tab toolsbars and select toolbar "draw", then click on "add".
In the left list click on "draw", in the right list click on the second oval icon.
The description should mention the word toolbar.
Click on "add", and you see in in the "draw" toolbar a new oval icon with a select mark.
