Bug Description
lp:nova redirects to https:/
but
$ bzr config -d lp:nova
bazaar:
<snip/>
$ bzr config -d https:/
branch:
parent_location = ../../.
bazaar:
<snip/>
Either bzr or launchpad seem to be wrong here.

Not sure if that was the case when the bug was reported but there is no way to reproduce the issue now.
