Occasional one pixel height discrepancy in the task bar

Bug Description

It looks like the task bar is drawn with a certain height,
but then the bottom line of pixels is erased in some parts.
I can consistently make the discrepancy occur by selecting
the theme Crux, then Human, and then right-clicking in
an empty region of the task bar. When the popup menu goes
away, the task bar that was beneath the popup will be one
pixel thinner.

Could you make a screenshot of the problem, I don't get it with the description ...

It turns out that choosing the theme Crux and then Human doesn't
show the problem every time. I was able to get reproduce the
problem the second time I switched themes. You can see that the
task bar is thinner in two places: under Computer (and icons),
where it was redrawn when the menu went away, and in the middle,
where the right-click popup menu had been.

Similar problem here. Vincent, any idea if the problem is a panel one ? Perhaps
a vlue rounded which result in a missing pixel sometimes ... but that's weird
because that's only on one part of the panel

I can see this too.
I don't think it's the panel fault here since, AFAIK, it doesn't handle theme
stuff itself. But I'm not sure. I think it doesn't appear in other windows
because of the WM decorations (that's just a supposition).
I'll try to look at this later: it's not top priority right now.
