Thank you for your bug. The coredump attach to the bug is not correct which is probably due to a problem with linux on feisty at the moment, could you try to get a backtrace (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash) with gnome-panel-dbgsym libglib2.0-0-dbg libgtk2.0-0-dbg installed?

Changed in gnome-panel:
assignee: nobody → desktop-bugs

Hi! Does it happen even if you don't run wine? What if you run Mozilla without using wine?

Please answer Sebastien's questions in bug 83818, which appears to be the same issue. Thanks!

There is no indication to make sure that's a duplicate without the backtrace, I'm un-duping for now. Let me know if you think that's wrong Simon

"Unfortunately" it looks like I can't reproduce the error.

I was running Mozilla under wine, because I was testing something for someone with windows. I now played with wine and other applications, letting it do all kind of things with the gnome-panel, but it doesn't want to crash anymore.

One thing to keep in mind, is that I also have added the feisty-beryl repository in my sources.list. And so probably have got an other xserver. Don't know if this might have something to do with it?

As soon as an other crash occurs I will add it to this thread.
