Duplicate Ubuntu One entries in System Settings

Bug Description

Simply put, there are two Ubuntu One entries in the System Settings menu, both of which bring up Ubuntu One as normal. There should obviously be only one present.

I am actually also getting duplicate entries in Unity's Dash, as well.
