Thank you for your bug. The coredump attach to the bug is not correct which is probably due to a problem with linux on feisty at the moment, could you try to get a backtrace (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash) with gnome-applets-dbgsym libglib2.0-0-dbg libgtk2.0-0-dbg installed?

As this "just happened" I can not replicate this... will wait for tit to "happen" again :)

I have installed the dbg packages so hopefully we get a better dump next time...

Lorenco, have you been able to reproduce? Do you have a full crash report in /var/crash that you can attach to the bug report.

This happened to me in gutsy right after the last dist-upgrade. I restarted X (not the system) and the battstat crashed upon startup. I started it by hand afterwards and it did not crash again.
