"Report a problem" opens the url with the users home dir as prefix

Bug Description
Click on the "System->Report a problem" menu item.
The url that opens in Firefox has "/home/[user name]/" in front of it, so it doesn't work.
Tested with latest packages in Feisty, as of the 10 of February 2007.
