Retrace done, but lacks many info, however looks like a flashplugin issue.

Please, Freaktech, since you have installed non-official ubuntu packages (as shown in your crash report) will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem that you do an apport-retrace -d to your crash report and then upload the resulted file.

If you have any doubts please follow the hints on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs

I did what I thought you meant by your comment but I think I did something wrong. This was the outcome

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 189, in ?
    debug_dir = prepare_debugdir(report, options.cache_dir)
  File "/usr/bin/apport-retrace", line 147, in prepare_debugdir
    needed_deps.add((pkg, dependency_versions[pkg]))
KeyError

I am new to linux so I really don't know what this means.

Thanks again for your help

Yes, there seems to be an issue with apport-retrace in edgy (See bug #65914 ). This attached patch should override it. We'll need to update that wiki page :)

To apply the patch if you don't know yet, you need to do, as root:

patch -p0 < apport-retrace.patch

If you still have problems with apportr-retrace, I think we will be able to sort it out if you answer the questions about packages and extensions and its versions.

I have not installed any extensions that I know of. I think the only package is the flash player. Is there a way for me to look them up and see for sure?
