Bug Description

Nova 2011.3~rc fails to build in the milestone-proposed PPA (on any release):
https://launchpad.net/~nova-core/+archive/milestone-proposed/+packages

This makes it difficult to call for testing on Nova RC, which is a bit of a problem given how close we are to release.

For oneiric, natty, maverick, the issue is "Missing dep: python-tempo"
For lucid, the issue is "Missing dep: python-unittest2"

Those dependencies were added for Essex, but since the same packaging is used, they now break Diablo.

milestone-ppa now uses a Diablo-specific packaging branch.
Problem solved for oneiric/natty/maverick

Oneiric still fails (pep8 FAIL)
Lucid fails on Missing build dependencies: python-unittest2

Wondering why only oneiric seems to choke on PEP8 tests, though. The rules it stumbled on are pretty classic PEP8.
