Bug Description

Feisty Alpha 3 using 99-100 percent of cpu time while
Control Center is visible. Click Control center off and cpu
time goes to 6-9 percent. I did not notice this until after some
updates today. February 13, 2007-7:01 pm

Does issuing ``/etc/init.d/apport stop'' appear to resolve this?

Some automatic updates just came in. Snaptic still shows

gnome-control-center 1:2.17.91-0ubuntu2. I don't know
what the updates were, but the cpu usage has gone down
to 9-10 percent with the control center visible.

marking fixed, that has probably been fixed by that upload:

 control-center (1:2.17.91-0ubuntu2) feisty; urgency=low
