Network doesn't work with kubuntu but work with ubuntu

Bug Description
That happen in kubuntu 7.04. Some days ago y update kubuntu with synapatic as I use to make many days. Then I was unable to use any kde aplication on the net. Konqueror, kopete, kmail..., anyone could I use in Internet.
What was a surprise for me was that I can use firefox in internet, synaptic, evolution..., with the kubuntu desktop.
Later I installed the ubuntu desktop. Now, inside ubuntu, I can work with konqueror, kmail, kopete..., in internet. So the problem is that internet work in ubuntu with kde apps and gtk apps but kubuntu doesn't work in internet with kde apps.

Ubuntu works on internet. Live disk Kubuntu works on internet but installed Kubuntu stopped working on internet.
