hard to find joystick calibration applet on system configuration

Bug Description

In dapper, existed an applet to configure joysticks. (and test, too)

It has gone on edgy and is missing too at feisty

I can confirm this on my edgy installation. Theres no "Joystick" applet anywhere to be found in kcontrol. It should normally be in the list of connected devices.

There is a joystick conifugration module in System Settings in Mouse & Keyboard. Is it not there for you?

In Intrepid there is a whole dedicated Joystick module accessible from the main page.
