Well, this shows a corruption of the filename. The directory should obviously be "design", not "fesign"; this one-bit error points to a problem with either your system's memory or its disk. So this is not a bug in the package, but a local error that you will have to fix.
If the problem does not go away when reinstalling the package, the corruption is in the package file on disk; you will need to delete it and redownload.
