Konqueror does not access internet on fresh herd3 installation

Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror

Konqueror seems to be isolated from the internet connection, post herd3 fresh installation --unlike Firefox, which loads pages w/o problems. Any and all URLs placed in the address bar bring forth the error...

''An error occurred while loading [URL]:
Could not connect to host [URL].''

Same here. Killing KNetworkManager seems to fix the problem.
