Application installation from static home does not trigger configuration wizards

    new web client so can you please check it again.

create a new db in the new web client (without demo data), install sales, create a so and then create the final invoice.

look at this video, you clearly see that the wizard "choose your chart of account" is not launched after installing the Sales application.

both accounting Wizards
- Accounting Chart Configuration
 - Generate Chart of Accounts from a Chart Template

 must get launch after installing : Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, Accounting, Timesheet_invoice, ... and all other application that need invoicing system !!!

I corrected a bug that occurred when the chart of account wizard was launched which probably made it unusable. Now it works but there is still a problem:

I create a new database, then, from the home page, I install the sale module -> no wizard appears (the chart of account wizard should be displayed). There is no error message in the console.
