Release deb pkg for nova missing dependency on dbus

Bug Description

Without dbus installed you cannot start/stop/restart/status the nova services

Which "release deb pkg" are you using ?

The Ubuntu packages ship with upstart scripts, and upstart depends on dbus. upstart is in Ubuntu minimal, so dbus also is -- and you don't have to depend on packages in minimal (since they are always present)...

In all cases sounds like a packaging issue, not a nova one.

@Tim, thanks for the prompt answer -- What platform are you deploying those on ? All of {lucid,maverick,natty,oneiric} have a strong dep on dbus (due to using upstart).

We are deploying to ubuntu natty 64 server.

I can't seem to reproduce this now. Maybe I was mistaken.
