feisty's xv says no open ports

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

On Feisty on a Thinkpad R51, using an Intel 855GM gfx chip, driver i810, XVideo reports being installed, xvinfo works, but applications (gstreamer, mplayer, etc) can't find an open xv port. Attaching Xorg.0.log, which appears to include some agpgart errors. Not sure if those are relevant, though.

Please try 7.10 or Hardy alpha3 to see if Xv works there or not.

Wow, this is an old bug. I completely forgot this. I can't test this
anymore; the laptop is broken. Sorry.
