i can't do this

gdb <program> 2>&1 | tee gdb-<program>.txt
(gdb) handle SIG33 pass nostop noprint
(gdb) set pagination 0
(gdb) run <arguments, if any>

because i don't know the name of the program to launch the volume control

The crash file has the backtrace and enough informations, no need to use gdb. That's a duplicate from bug #65822
