When launching whilst working offline, All rss feeds report error.

When launching whilst not connected to the internet; RSS feeds all report error connecting to their URL. If the user has more than a couple of feeds, this can become quite intrusive.

Many other applications, ie Evolution or Firefox - detect lack of internet connection and put themselves into 'Working Offline' mode.
