Binary package hint: ia32-sun-java6-bin

Feisty on amd64, Azureus crashes just a moment after it loads.

I get the same problem with Ubuntu 6.10 32bit. I think it is a problem in all Ubuntu versions. Hope it gets fixed.

I can confirm this.
I start azureus, it works, but then, after I finish my config, it won't ever start again, except if I wipe it's config directory.
It might be a problem with sun-java6 on ubuntu too, because it works if I remove azureus, install azureus-gcj, update-alternatives --config java -> set it to gcj then start it, then it loads properly.

Thanks for this bug report and for your contribution to ubuntu.

This bug is a duplicate of bug 57875 so it is being marked as such.

A new upstream release 2.5.0.4-1ubuntu3~gutsy1 which fixes crash problems can be installed in Linux Ubuntu Gutsy with backports repositories enabled. Please set back this bug to not a duplicate if this new release doesn't fix your crash issue.
