Bug Description

In the new openerp-web (6.1) from runbot.openerp.com, all form view has wrong alignement in firefox.
List view is ok.
In chrome, alignment is ok.

Sugestion:
Please, add tabs inside openerp-web for forms opened, like in openbravo (and like in gtk client).

Calendar view don't work.

1. Now calendar view from runbot work well.

2. Why you removed 'select all' check box from tree view? It's very usefull.
