Bug Description
use case: The filtering of bug reports into mail folders is difficult, if you only do have the package name; beeing subscribed to hundreds of packages would mean to update these rules every time a package is added or removed. Please add the information who got notified, as well. If a group is subscribed, include a'to-<group>' tag, so it is possible to filter out all mails sent to this group.
