The system settings window is a bit too small with some themes

Bug Description

The system settings window is not resizable but has a vertical scrollbar for no reason. Please make it a bit taller, or let it get taller automatically to fit its content.

Thank you for your bug report, it seems a theme issue since that doesn't happen with the default theme

Keyboard shortcuts window is also too small. With Polish translations not every description fit.

In Precise the bug is present using both Adwaita and Ambiance with a French locale. So the bug is not related to the theme but, apparently, to the locale.
